Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger
High temperature & high pressure resistant
Fully welded plate heat exchangers adopt integrated welding without gaskets. They withstand high temperature and pressure with no frequent gasket replacement required.
Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger for Industrial Applications
Fully welded plate-shell heat exchanger is composed of a fully welded plate core and shell. Unlike the traditional plate heat exchanger, the plates are separated from the cold and hot sides by sealing rings. This feature overcomes the disadvantage that the detachable plate heat exchanger must replace the sealing ring while resisting high temperature and high pressure.
Suitable for shipbuilding: HFO (heavy fuel oil) heaters, steam heaters, oil heaters, vacuum condensers and other applications.
• Herringbone plate all welded plate heat exchanger
Herringer corrugated welded plate heat exchanger: Herringer corrugated (labyrinth channel) forms turbulent flow, enhances heat transfer efficiency, prolongs medium residence time, and improves heat exchange adequacy.
• Straight-through wide-channel fully welded plate heat exchanger (two sides can be removed)
Straight-through wide-flow fully welded plate heat exchanger: It can directly look into the channel, and the cover plate can be opened for manual cleaning without removing the pipeline, reducing cleaning costs and shortening cleaning time.
• Straight-through wide-channel fully welded plate heat exchanger (four sides detachable)
If the hot side and circulating water are easy to block, then the welded plate heat exchanger with four detachable wide flow channels can be selected (the flow channel spacing is 12mm, the spore design is not herringbone corrugated plate, and it is not easy to scale).
• Fully welded plate heat exchanger (removable on all sides)
Adopt special welding process, high temperature resistance, no gasket design, suitable for high pressure conditions.
