Description of Pumping Stations
Pumping stations are complete condensate return systems that collect, store, and pump condensate back to the boiler feedwater tank or to other consumers. By integrating storage vessel, pumps, level control, and instrumentation on a single base frame, a pumping station provides a compact and ready-to-connect solution that simplifies installation and commissioning.
Our pumping stations are engineered to your specific operating conditions, capacity requirements, and available space. Each unit is calculated and manufactured according to your specifications, ensuring optimum performance and energy efficiency.

Integrated Controls and Design
Our pumping stations combine a storage vessel with one or more condensate pumps, level sensors, and a control cabinet on a common base frame. The integrated controls manage pump operation based on level signals, protecting the pumps from dry running and ensuring continuous condensate return.
The storage vessels are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel as standard, with stainless steel solutions available for demanding media. For internal corrosion protection we offer, for example:
• Hard rubber lining for aggressive water chemistries
• Epoxy resin coating such as Sika Permacor 136TW (drinking water approval)
• Hot painting such as Sika HS or Epimid
• External coatings as primer or with topcoat in RAL color
Quality and Warranty
All internal coating systems are carried out by reliable specialized companies. References include TipTop Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH or InProCoat Südwestfalen GmbH. After submitting a water analysis, we provide you with a 5-year warranty on corrosion protection.
Our pumping stations are calculated and manufactured according to your specifications and requirements. Optionally, we also offer you access ladders, railings, or connecting bridges.
Acceptance of our pumping stations according to DGRL with Module G and CE marking is easily possible.
